Doing a website for a client has several aspects that you need to accommodate for. Like any web designer, it would be difficult to give you a price without understanding what you need to do.

Rule of Thumb Costing

We can give you some guidelines in pricing for a website. Generally speaking, a website will cost you anywhere from $500 up.

Brochure site - information only - $500 - $1200

Information site with low graphics, lots of content - $1200 - $1500

Information site with high graphics - $1500 - $2500

Site with ecommerce catalog - $3000 and up

Hosting costs

Any website you do will have hosting costs. These are the costs that you will pay to have a place to put your site on the internet. Depending on the site you have, hosting costs will be between $10/month and $40/month.

Domain costs

The domain cost is what you pay for your address (www.mysite.com). The charges vary, but they are generally between $12 - $25 / year.
